By road:

35 minutes from the bottom end of the M23;
50 minutes from junction 9, M25;
25 minutes from the junction of the A23 / A27
25 minutes from the junction of the A3(M) / A27 / M27
1 hr 10 minutes from the junction of the M25 / M26
1 hr 25 minutes from the Dartford Crossing
1 hr 40 minutes from the M4 / A34 junction Chieveley (Newbury)

By rail:

8 minutes from Arundel (Arun Valley line) and Angmering (South Coast line) main line railway stations offering a best price of £10 return advanced booking from London Victoria, plus direct (usually) no-change services to and from East Croydon, Gatwick Airport, Brighton, Crawley, Horsham, Chichester, Havant, Portsmouth, Fareham and Southampton.

The premises:

Converted farm workshop;
Infinity curve 24' (about 7.3 metres) wide with double doors street level drive-in for vehicle and machinery photography;
Rustic set;
Boudoir set;
Domestic set;
Facilities for bondage and suspension to be added later this year;
Free broadband;
Changing and make-up facilities;
Shoot down on all sets;
Free tea and coffee (and the occasional Hobnob);
Toilet in same building (but you have to go outside for about five metres).

The equipment:

Eight flash heads;
Seven soft boxes;
Two large flats (white / black);
Chromakey paper and cloth backdrops;
Multiple coloured backdrops;
Lastolite Hilite 7 'x 6' with black velvet bottle-top;
Barn doors;

The surroundings:

Straight out into the beautiful Sussex countryside with plenty of seclusion;
Nearby stables;
Plenty of free parking;
24/7 security (and never a theft) with PIR high powered external lighting and estate staff lving on site;

The extras:

Charity group shoot for Chestnut Tree House Children's Hospice (definitely a Sunday), some time in the early Summer - attendees will also be offered the 15% hire discount for three months after the day.

Model days two or three times a month of which at least one will be a weekend;
Access to an extensive wardrobe, properties and scenery through a local theatrical group;
Unusual vehicles, including a fully restored 1932 Ford Deuce Coupe on a hire in basis;
Camera hire for those who forget to bring one - my spare Canon 350D
Space heater in exceptionally cold weather

The down side:

It's a farm building - it will get cold in the Winter although we are insulating and heating it - but it is bone dry;
It's aimed at the budget end of the market; so some flash heads are not instant re-fire.

Hire rates:

Casual users:

£60.50 per half day = £15.12 per hour;
£119.50 per full day = £14.88 per hour.
