Possibly a little too smooth on the skin and the eyes could be enhanced but not bad at all, do you have a before and after?

totally agree with dragonlady.
I tilted my monitor downwards(to brighten the image) and there is some colour in the iris that you could bring out.Try zooming in and dodging around the iris to lighten it.at the moment the whole area looks black.
Also,the shadow on the back of the hand is a little dark and grainy,and kinda one block of colour,which doesnt match the colours of other shadow areas.
Very good job though
