Why do models reply to casting calls, then never go back onto the website?
This has happened to me a couple of times where a model applies for my casting call & I reply but then find she hasn't even logged into this site since she applied! So she hasn't even read my reply etc.

Your not alone on this. Its happened to me on several occassions. All i can think is that they join on a whim and see if they would get a response. In reality though they arent really interested in doing modelling...i think its possibly an ego boost.

Maybe they apply without thinking it through or don't think you'd pick them and then when you do they get cold feet?
Very frustrating behaviour I am sure, but you see people do this kind of thing in all walks of life I am afraid.
