Why is it... when i try to put a "shout" on the front page, i get the message "Must be a premium Member or a member for more than a week"????
I have been a member for three years and not had this problem before.

We just rolled out the update with some extra tweaks, you should have no problems shouting now. The fix will effect everyone who has been on the site longer than a year, they can now all use the shout system.
