First of all thank you very much taking the time to read and the interest in hiring Nuno Silva Studios.

Nuno Silva Studios is based in North West London, located at Europa Studios In creative North Acton area.

Thestudio is an open space Daylight or Semi Black-Out fully equippedstudio available for hire 7 days a week, 24 hours a day, with not onlyprofessional lighting and colourama backgrounds but also with apresently white brick wall and wooden floor (this wall will be changedevery two to three months with different fabrics and materials) as wellas props such as the famous and groovy Egg Chair and others.

GoodRates, flexible hours, great location and our willingness to go theextra mile, we think, will make your experience with us a good one.

We can provide fabulous models from our model directory.

Weare delighted to hire to professional photographers, amateurphotographers and Camera Clubs on a regular or individual basis, andour rates are very reasonable and highly competitive. We have a veryflexible attitude to opening hours - opening 7 days a week, we will behere for you!

Thereis also a charge of £7.50 per metre used on the colourama backgrounds(i have at the moment Grey, White and Black, though other colours areavailable if needed).

Sounds good, I work in studios in NW London, but worth rethinking your prices or what you can offer. I can get a 6 hour day in a large studio with white cove and Profoto lights and modifiers  round the corner from your for 125 on a weekday....just saying.

As for prices, i believe i am extremely competitive and as you said on the post above, you are comparing £125 per 6 hours instead of (if you hire the studio 3 times) for example £100 per 8 hours or even on a single booking £125 (same price for 8 hours instead of 6, so an extra 2 hours of shooting for the same price, not to speak about the 6 hour day which would cost you in my studio £100 for a single booking and only £80 if you book 3 times for example, so i believe that you are not making a fair comparison (maybe through my own fault) of not explaining my prices properly, if that is the case i will reassess the way i present them and redo it as my prices are really not comparable to the other studio.

I actually know the studio you are talking about (i think!!!), as before i had a studio i use it myself for my photography, so i know the studio is great as well as the owner but it would be fair to both parties to compare like for like if that is the case (and though you can get it for £125 on a weekday for 6 hours) that is not his normal rate (as you know) as i believe most people pay around the £150 bracket, so price wise i am definitely more competitive because i know that he offers a different setting (total black-out studio for example) and a different type of equipment (Profoto as you said instead of Bowens) but my prices are not the same as his are either.

Besides i truly believe that everyone who is going to come to my studio will be really comfortable and happy to not only do it regularly as the studio does provide a good feel factor but also be quite happy with the equipment i presently have for the cost i am offering as standard, though i will always be wanting to offer more, as like i i said before, clients for me are king.

As for providing even better weekdays or weekend prices (which they are already) maybe if you are willing to use my studio on a regular basis (or anyone else for that matter) you might be able to, as i will be launching a members card which will provide exactly that, so if you would like to know more about it, do not hesitate to let me know and i will send you more details as i am now finishing the last touches to it.

I would like to thank you for the feedback and for pointing it out the issues that you felt i should pay attention to but i hope that you will realize that my present prices are probably more competitive than you first thought, having in mind what you described as a 6 hour day on the other studio, in comparison to what i offer for the same amount of time and would obviously be more than happy to welcome you to my studio at any time.

Hello everyone, just to let you now that i am now starting to have days booked on my studio as some photographers are starting to take advantage of my promotion so if you would like to do the same do not hesitate to contact me with the amount of hours you would like the studio for and the date of the days you would like to book the studio and i will come back to you as soon as i can with availability.

Dates already booked:

10th September - 9 am till 5 p.m.
11th September - 8 am till 4 p.m.
12th September - 8 am till 4 p.m.
18th September - 9 am till 5 p.m.
19th September - 9 am till 5 p.m. (Art Nude Model Studio Day) - Slots still available
26th September - 10 am till 6 p.m.

All the other days are at the moment still available but interest is high so book a day as soon as you can and try Nuno Silva Studios.
