Change your avatar...
The bra/thingy is awful but apart from that 10/10! A good look, just need to work on your portfolio and you have a head start!

That's the beauty of this game. For me the Bailey shots show good styling and immediately pique my interest in you as the model. On the other hand, the Wheeler fashion shots are pretty dull and uninspiring although they do give a clear picture of what you look like.
Be wary about dispensing with the Bailey pictures though, as a number of the better photographers on here will be drawn to you by them.

The main picture was taken from an artistic perspective it is very vogue meets quirky which is the intention of the shoot in hand therefore with that in mind I don't feel the need to remove it....it has a certain peculiar quality which is different which can be a fresh air. I find it hard to understand why you call it awful? constructive criticism is one thing but calling a respected photographers work awful just doesn't seem respectable? If it doesn't meet your taste then fair enough but I wouldn't go as far as calling it 'awful' just doesn't meet your own artist taste would be better surely....?
The image itself is very well done such as lighting and editing. When I asked for advise it was for advice on what more I needed for my portfolio such as different ideas and concepts even genres.
I haven't personally taken offence I just feel the need to defend the photographer in question who put the concept together which was for a high end fashion hair shoot which I think it clearly shows...

For me the Bailey shots are, as with all his work, very good - but as a personal taste I dislike the way the logo always dominates these photos and are composed accordingly, very off putting for me and I tend to disgard them quick when looking at yours and others' ports. As I said, personal taste.
In regards to me as a photographer looking at you in terms of would I shoot with you, then the last 3 give me a much better idea. However, all three are very similar and you don't need them (unless that's honestly all you have). Of the three I would pick the first one as I think (almost) 3/4 shots are great for showing off a model and filling the frame, yet allows me to get an idea of your figure and posing too. Technically though the shots could be better (sorry, sorry, sorry I know this is not a critique for the tog - but it is in your port), so I'll try and say that they could do more for you. Perhaps you could ask him if you could take the first one to a professional retoucher? He might be offended of course (probably actually), or maybe just ask him to have another crack at the post.
However, I think those shots do you credit and I'm sure you'll get work. Can I suggest that to move forward you need more variety, with quality photographers, and a mix of fulllength, 3/4 and head shots. Try not to include too many that are heavily styled or made up as that won't give casting photographers an idea of what you're really like if that's what you're using the port for. If I was to consider you for a shoot I would probably look for something where I was looking for someone a little young, trendy and quirky. As always all the above is personal opinion and others will have a different view. But I am a published fashion photographer and I do pay models so I guess I'm one of the people you're port is trying to reach out to. Good luck though, great start.
Oh yeah....and agree about changing the avatar!
